USD 350 Foundation

The USD 350 Educational Foundation, established in April 2001, is organized specifically for educational purposes, including, but not limited to, the funding of programs, gifts, loans, or other assistance, financial or otherwise, for the benefit of Unified School District #350 and its students and employees. In order to fulfill these objectives, the Foundation may secure gifts and other properties.

The Foundation is an organization of citizens that is separate from USD 350. It provides the community ways to maintain and enhance educational opportunities for USD 350 students and staff.

An Education Foundation:

• qualifies as an IRS non-profit organization and is designed exclusively for charitable and educational purposes.
• is established to allow alumni, patrons, and businesses to provide additional resources for USD 350 to further enhance existing curricular and extracurricular programs as well as memorials and scholarships for graduates.
• is established to receive monetary gifts as well as property, equipment, and other tangible assets.
• allows donors to request their gift be utilized in specific areas of the educational system. allows donations to be anonymous or for the donor to be recognized.
