USD 350 Board of Education

The St. John USD 350 Board of Education is made up of community members representing the district's different areas. The board meets once a month in the district office in St. John, Kansas.

USD 350  BOARD GOALS

The USD 350 Board of Education adopted the following goals to support improving student achievement and facilitate district operations.

Goal 1: Improve Technology

Objective 1: Create sufficient infrastructure to support needs

Objective 2: Address immediate technology needs and update as necessary

Objective 3: Ensure staff is properly trained in the use of appropriate technology

 Goal 2: Ensure students have sufficient opportunities for advanced course options

Objective 1: Determine needs and interest of students.

Objective 2: Explore available options and implement as needed

Goal 3: Improve and enhance facilities and grounds

Objective 1: Create a capital improvement plan

Objective 2: Enhance the grounds and improve the overall look of the facilities

 Goal 4: Ensure all students are prepared for career or post-secondary education

Objective 1: Require that each student in high school has a career plan

Objective 2: Expand career & technical education opportunities

 Goal 5: Provide an opportunity for all students to attend preschool
